R. Lee Rigney, Managing Member
Mr. Rigney founded RLR Consultants in January 2009 after serving for approximately twenty years as the founder and President of Capstar Partners LLC (a BNP Paribas company since 2001). Prior to founding Captstar Partners, Lee worked for Citibank and Bankers Trust for a combined 18 years. Lee is a recognized leader in the field of tax equity/tax advantaged financing, and holds the Series 7, 24 and 79 licenses.
Addy Saple, Associate
Mr. Saple is an Associate with RLR Consultants. Addy joined us after completing his MBA at George Washington University during which he was a fellow with two solar developers. Addy has also worked for Ariston Capital as a proprietary trader in base metals and bullion and for the corporate office at Siemens.
